These documents were varied and included critical records such as birth certificates and tax documents. With a strict deadline and a mandate for high accuracy, the project demanded rapid, reliable, and thorough indexing of both digital and paper-based claims.
Rannsolve implemented a document processing strategy using automated OCR technology to convert scanned and digital documents into machine-readable formats. It indexed 20 key document types, extracting crucial data fields such as names, birth dates, and claim numbers. Quality control experts then carefully reviewed handwritten claims to ensure accuracy. Each document was then uploaded to cloud storage, accompanied by unique links, for streamlined access, allowing for fast and organized retrieval of data.
