Job Summary:
As an AI Customer Solutions Consutant, you will be the technical interface to the customer, guiding clients through solution demonstrations, onboarding, and post-implementation support. This role bridges the gap between Rannsolve’s AI technology and the client’s operational needs, ensuring successful adoption and value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Support & Demos
- Conduct customized product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Translate business requirements into automation workflows to showcase real-world applications.
- Work closely with the sales team to create Proof-of-Concepts and pilot solutions.
- Participate in onsite customer meetings/discussions.
- Customer Onboarding & Implementation
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process. Setup, data integration, and template configuration.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment and training.
- Client Support & Relationship Management
- Will be the primary technical point of contact for customers post-sale.
- Troubleshoot issues, offer product guidance, and escalate critical concerns to the development team.
- Monitor usage and performance metrics to proactively improve customer experience.
- Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Gather client feedback to inform product roadmap and feature enhancement.
- Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in SaaS, enterprise software, or automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of OCR, document processing, or intelligent automation tools (e.g., ABBYY, UiPath, Kofax).
- Familiarity with JSON, APIs, and basic scripting (Python preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Finance, healthcare, legal, or energy domain workflows.
- Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, or other compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, M-Files, OnBase etc.).
