Healthcare chart reading and summarization
Workflow and process automation tools
APIs, dashboards, and integrations
Related consulting, implementation, and support services

Specific features, service levels, and pricing may be governed by separate agreements, proposals, or Statements of Work (“SOW”). In case of conflict, those agreements prevail.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
Upload content that violates laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Services
Interfere with system security, integrity, or performance

You grant Rannsolve a limited, non-exclusive license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services, in accordance with applicable agreements.

6.3 Data Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that:

You have legal rights to submit Customer Data
Customer Data complies with applicable laws (including HIPAA, GDPR, and U.S. privacy laws where applicable)

7. Data Security & Privacy

Rannsolve implements industry-standard security measures, including:

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
Role-based access controls
Secure cloud infrastructure (including AWS environments)
Audit logging and monitoring

Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. AI & Automated Processing Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies
The Services are decision-support tools, not a substitute for professional judgment
You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use

Rannsolve does not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free or suitable for all use cases.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, models, workflows, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Rannsolve or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services.

10. Fees & Payment (If Applicable)

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in applicable agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise stated:

Fees are non-refundable
Late payments may result in service suspension
Taxes are the responsibility of the customer

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., EHRs, cloud providers). Rannsolve is not responsible for third-party services, availability, or data practices. Use of such services is subject to their own terms.

12. Service Availability & Modifications

We may:

Update, modify, or discontinue features
Perform maintenance or upgrades
Change these Terms with reasonable notice

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms
Required by law or security reasons
Your account remains inactive or unpaid

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rannsolve disclaims all warranties, including:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability of outputs

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Rannsolve shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Rannsolve in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rannsolve from claims arising out of:

Your use of the Services
Violation of these Terms
Infringement of third-party rights through Customer Data

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Texas.

18. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including:

U.S. data protection and privacy laws
Export control and sanctions regulations
Healthcare regulations (where applicable)

19. Force Majeure

Rannsolve is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber incidents, or government actions.
